Warren Chan

Warren Chan is a California attorney admitted to the State Bar of California and holds a J.D. degree from Loyola Law School. His practice focuses on U.S. trusts, wills, probate administration, and US–Taiwan cross-border estate and inheritance planning, advising individuals and families with assets and interests spanning both jurisdictions.

In addition to his estate planning practice, Warren advises businesses on cross-border transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, privacy and data protection compliance, and serves as outside general counsel to companies operating in domestic and international markets.

Throughout his career, Warren has represented clients in U.S. patent litigation, International Trade Commission investigations, complex cross-border acquisitions, and major international arbitration matters, providing practical legal solutions to businesses and individuals navigating sophisticated cross-border issues.
